I’ve been thinking about this and it seems like a ton of work for 20 people.
If someone wants to do the work of watching it. I’m gonna be melting from the heat and the last thing I’m gonna want to do is stand over a frier.
@bowhunter1023 the grill idea seems legit. Wrap them in foil with whatever you like and let it do it’s thing.
Or we can do both. Doesn’t much matter to me. It’s a treat for you guys to enjoy. So if you like salmon, bring stuff to fix it the way you like! That way everyone’s happy. We can also do this as a lunch meal or just keep it on rotation. Whatever works best.

You guys are like a bunch of women trying to plan brunch. Bring food, Cook food, Eat food, drink beer, repeat. I keep expecting someone to post a fucking seating chart and a color palette for tablecloths and napkins. Just bring whatever unhealthy artery clogging food you can think of and cook it.
