That ain’t no joke! Sports are stupid expensive!!! I did the math last month...Christine working at the school cafeteria doesn’t cover the cost of just Maddy every month. Yet we have one of the highest tax rates in the state. Hmmmm

We had 2-3 extra kids 3-5 days a week eating dinner with us and at the house after school and weekends for a half dozen years.
We consumed 4-5 deer each of those years. I don’t want to think what our food bill could of been if buying beef and pork...

Question on your Crappie: Dou you freeze them and cook them like that? I love fresh crappie. But they get a little soft after freezing if I just fillet them

I've never had a problem freezing Crappie filets.

For me they do fine if you vaccum seal them.
