The director
My uncle Phil could out argue Joe, so the man should be taken seriously 😂 He sent my dad this text and dad forwarded it to me.

The director of the Ohio department if health said yesterday in Dewines address that she suspects about 100,000 Ohioans already have it based on community transmission signs.

Imo, Sad to think if Obama been our President now that all this hysteria would not even been happening cause all of the media outlets wouldn’t be acting like this is the end of the world and it’s ALL his fault and that he’s incompetent and doesn’t care about people. It’s disgusting how the left and it’s leftist media army have weaponized this to the hilt just so they can win back the Whitehouse. Biden’s speech yesterday was clearly orchestrated and prepared to make him LOOK PRESIDENTIAL by those using him behind the scenes. He read it perfectly and obeyed them well as he didn’t look up and turned a deaf ear as he walked away from the microphone with the press yelling out questions.

Both sides do it. Obama was constantly criticized about Ebola. There was plenty of concern about that disease. Thankfully that didn’t make it here so it never reached this level.

Agreed but Trump is just being Trump and pushing back in response to all the blame cast his way. Imo
He’s been under attack from day one and has pushed back each time. Who wouldn’t? Not saying he does it right or tastefully but it’s only human to push back.
I’d have to see proof of anyone blaming Ebola on Obama though. The left media didn’t say any negative shit about their chosen man and the right didn’t say anything cuz they’d have been called a racist. Just my opinion.
That was the case when the Swine Flu came in 2009 anyway. I don’t remember much about the Ebola virus mainly cuz not much was made about it, at least like this.lol

That tweet was from 2014, I should’ve included the date. I watch a mix of left and right media. Fox and Trump slammed Obama for sending doctors to Africa to help with containing Ebola. Sadly Trump and WHO couldn’t send doctors to help with corona because China wouldn’t allow it.

The left is casting a lot of blame on trump that is unwarranted. However, it would be good if he would stop saying that everyone can get a test kit when that is not true. The media is getting constantly worse on both sides at trying to paint everything a president from the other side does as bad.

Our church has closed until March 27. Baseball practices have been suspended. My daughter’s gym will remain open for gymnastics training. That’s about the only thing in my life that’s still open. Her meet in Sandusky tomorrow was canceled.

A few thoughts since I have time to write them down. Its here and we have to deal with it, its not going away anytime soon and the slower we get people infected the better the care the ones who need hospitalization will receive. Also, as you stock up or remain stocked up on things think about the supply chain issues. There are factories in China that make drugs, baby formula, supplies, etc that have been closed for going on 10 weeks now, how long until the warehouses run out? If you are someone who requires certain medications to live, such as an insulin dependent diabetic I'd be asking for prescription refills now for as long as your doctor will give them to you, this is gonna be an ongoing problem for at least the next 2-4 months.

Jesse, thanks for sharing that Joe Rogan podcast, great info in that without being hysteria building.

Hospital systems in WAare beginning to cancel all elective procedures, expect it to follow suit here in Ohio in about 1-2 weeks (or sooner) and elsewhere.

I'm still trying to figure out the fascination with toliet paper.

Americans as a whole have become very self centered, egotistical and selfish. When we see supply chain disruptions, and/or healthcare disruptions (if we follow Italy see here) how long until we get violence? How fast did we go from a first to third world country after Katrina in some areas?

We need to make sure that we don't give up too much liberty in the face of this. Think of all the crap the patriot act has given us. I understand the money allowed by the President declaring a national emergency but what about the power grab.... I would be surprised if martial law has not already been discussed in some circles. In CA they are already trampling the 4th amendment for hotels to become overflow hospitals; my question is who is going to staff them?

We are only on the front side of this, still have more shit to shovel our way out of.

Great press conference from the president today. Declaration of a national emergency, plans for a rollout of high volume testing. Home health diagnostic questionnaire and form hosted by Google to direct people to outdoor test facilities. Partnerships with Walmart, CVS, Walgreens for use of parking lots for drive-through test sites. Partnership with test production companies. Partnership with Quest diagnostics for running tests and notification of results. This is a businessman using the might of American Enterprise to quickly bring a solution to market. If he was a lifelong politician or a Democrat he would still be bogged down making sure small business disadvantaged companies had a fair shot at grant money. #GetShitDone

I believe people are stocking up on toilet paper Incase there is a mandated national quarantine. If the government says people must stay at home for 3-4 weeks, they’ll be set. People getting crazy here in Jersey...the lines at shop rite for checkout reached the back of the store. Sams club had cars waiting for parking spots to open...both lots were full.
