My cousin who’s an ER doc in New York:

For the last three weeks they were completely hammered with covid patients. At his hospital CNN came in for 40 minutes and 4 people died in that time. They had people crammed everywhere. EMS was called for 8 times as many deaths at peoples homes as this time last year, but were ordered not to bring in dead bodies and did not test them for covid.

My cousin just finished an 8 hour shift and only had one covid patient come in. It almost completely died down in the last two days. People staying at home is working!

Awesome to hear. I read an article yesterday that people who died in their homes and nursing home's aren't in the official count.
