My feelings are open it back up. If people want to stay at home that’s just fine.People are going to do what they want regardless. As far as social distancing etc. Only you can protect you. Let’s just be real.

It’s double edged. People who have small business are in a very bad spot. Even if it opens back up, people who are smart with money are still going to hoard it. Just waiting to see what’s going to happen. Hurting small business even more. Leading to layoffs etc.

Schools are not going to open back up. What the hell kind of sense would that make? Let’s throw the kids out first see what happens. Schools are done for the summer. In my mind.

This is going to be a long summer. Things won’t be back to normal for quiet a while.

As far as anything China has to say. Well I would rather walk up to a random Hooker give her my wallet with a 1000.00 dollars in it. Then ask her to hold it for me I’ll be back at days end!!!

This virus is bad. In the sense of it all. How it’s handled, where it started, all the flip flopping on numbers etc. Yet I think what happens after this virus maybe while we’re still battling it. Is going to be a hell of a lot worse than the virus itself. China is in trouble . You don’t just wreck every economy in the world (almost) along with kill millions. With no repercussions..

Honestly nobody has a fool proof way in this. I reckon you say, open it up and do what you thinks best for your family. I dunno??? Everyone is on edge. Ugh! If anyone wants to just yell fugg off to me. I’m good with that! as long as it helps ya. I know I’ve yelled Fugg quiet a few times lately. We’re all in this together. Like it or not!

I just got back from Costco and a hardware store where I was looking at a chainsaw. two people working in the hardware store wore masks, one patron. that was about half of the people in the building that I saw. had to wait in a line to get into Costco, which moved quickly. Still, it was very crowded, with the same morons meandering down the middle of the isles as if they are the only people in the store. about 3/4 of the people there were wearing masks, including most of the employees, but not all of them. what a friggin' joke. I'm not kidding when I say that about 1/2 of the people wearing masks, mostly of the home made variety, not actual N95 type masks, did not keep them over their noses because they were worn so loosely. it was hilariously, sadly, stupid. I had at least 6 people walk right up to me ( I was not wearing a mask even though I have a supply of N95 masks, and have no intention of doing so unless I get sick, in which case I won't be leaving the house, anyway) and stand right next to me with their mask barely on their face at the meat cases. the gubmint can't fix stupid with rules. and at the end of the day, when you boil this all down, it's up to each of us as individuals to do what we must to keep ourselves safe or, at least, apparently, make ourselves feel safe. I'm all about keeping my distance from people, proper disinfection, and staying out of harms way, but I'm not going to be turned into a sheep, and I'm going on with my life. if that makes me part of the problem, so be it.

Precisely.. So lets not base the reopening of our economy on the perceived success or failure of the measures taken. If we are going to use that as the measuring stick to reopen or reclose, then we actually have to enforce it appropriatly. If not, then people's livelihoods, and the people doing the right things will be the only ones to suffer. Punishment for those doing right due to the failure of others is not an effective strategy.

It's ironic really... We spend all of this time, money and energy to keep places like Iran from getting a nuclear weapon due to the potential for loss of life, But the US has given the bio lab in Wuhan 7.1 million in grants and ignored glaring safety issues.

Not a doubt in my mind that what 'Dr. Judy Mikovits' has to say on the topic of wearing a protective mask during this pandemic would make your head explode for some of you.

Just listen to 10 minutes of what she has to say about it, I dare you!

I've not only listened to this particular video, but many others as well. I've also read quite a bit on the topic as well. Most all have proved way beyond interesting for me.
