Fishing supplies completely depleted there. Not one egg sinker or circle hook. Really no hooks for that matter. Manager says COVID has stoped or delayed supply chains, and most manufacturers stopped producing for a short time. Understandable for sure but hopefully I can save you a trip. Has anyone been to bass pro in forest fair mall recently? I’m sure it’s probably the same

I’ve not been to either. I stopped in a Walmart the other day and the fishing section was about wiped out. I just assumed it was due to the majority of their crap coming from China

Wally World last night.....gun/ammo counter packed....fishing isle as well. I think part of it is going out the door as fast as they can get it in.

That bass pro is about 15 minutes from me but I haven't been in a while. @MoonLab you been lately?

I was in that BP about a month ago and it was normal. I was thinking about showing face in the perrysburg one tomorrow before hitting the road. Sounds like I need to make that happen.

Next weekend I’ll be in Dundee, I’ll check the big cabelas while I’m there.

Yes getting really low. Not much to buy. Best bet to buy some online eBay are the same cost as bass pro as well. Try local fishing shop they usually well stocked and ready.

My advise to you is to buy much as you can that would last a year. Who knows what next year can bring. At the same time can’t go wrong with spending $100-200 on what you need because at the end you’re going to have to buy some more anyways.
