Love Italian food, but Mexican food comes in close second, who ever makes sushi 3rd which I think is Japanese, and nothing beats a good Chinese buffet after 18holes and a few Bud heavys ha
I'll 2nd that. Give me some pizza, some spagehtti, alfredo, etc, then close 2nd is somechimichongas, tacos, burritos, etc.
1-2x/month give me some cat n rice in sweet n sour or yum yum sauce to fill the gut.

Authentic Itallian food. None of that Olive garden Pizza Hut bullshit.
Once you have had authentic Japanese and Korean everything else is meh.

I really like authentic mexican food. I get to travel the world a lot and enjoy trying different national dishes. I have found i can appreciate most any meal. I find the history of the creation of traditional dishes pretty interesting. I like a lot of middle eastern dishes too.

I love authentic Mexican food... but I’ma sucker for some cheap Chinese buffet, you know like the kind where they weigh your food when you pay... lol
Mexican/Latin by a long shot. My retirement goal is to open an upscale tapas restaurant. Give me fresh pico and crema on a hot protein and wrap it in a fresh corn tortilla and I'm in heaven.
I'd eat that meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
