With dad being in the hospital, the wife had a girls trip on the coast in orange beach. Before that she said she wasn’t going cause I had to work and she would take care of dad. When dad went to the hospital I told her to call the girls cause your going. This morning woke up early and went to the hospital for dads surgery and came home after. Cut my 4 acres of grass and made a ham sammich. Kids are at friends house bbq and drinking. No pics tonight, maybe just another hammy sammich. Sure is quite here.

Couple of leftover burgers covered in hot mustard with a bite of spicy pickle.
I smoked another pork butt yesterday. I took the TOO suggestions and took this one to 200 degrees.
I cut mine in half so they'll cook a little faster. We also freeze half after it's cooked, whole, to be thawed and shredded another day.
