life is short. too short to stop living for something that actually kills <2% of the people who contract this virus. all those travelers are more likely to be killed in a traffic accident than by Covid 19. sorry, we are all going to be exposed, most of us will eventually get infected, and most of the infected will recover just fine with or without a vaccine. have a little faith that people are taking precautions as part of their day to day existence now.
we have already proven that isolation doesn't really work, nor does wearing a mask. after all of this, people still getting Covid no matter what we do.
Wow - glad they are doing ok - prayersMy grand parents have it. She's 91 he's 84. Doing ok had it about a week now.
Well, “live your life responsibly.”For sure "live your life"
Sorry, that made me LOL.Googled "coronavirus diarrhea only" to see what the "research" says regarding that being the only symptom. An article in Newsweek says it's "common" for that to be the first and only symptom. They go on to say a sampling of 116 patients yielded 14 people with the shits. 60+ million cases worldwide, 13 million in the US and 14 people got the shits and now that's "common". SMH...
Sorry, that made me LOL.
He was extremely careful with one exception. Every Wednesday, he would go down to the Legion with the same guy, be there long enough to have 2 beers and head home. Well, his buddy was all over town, ended up getting it and passed it to a bunch of people. He ended up hospitalized.Hope for the best for him. The one thing my wife and I were just talking about is how bad some get it and how lucky it seems her and I both were with our preexisting conditions. I guess that is how the fear of it all is still so easy to push. Starting to think (along with convo with dr.) that it does have a lot to do with how much exposure you get to the virus. Thinking ours was more indirect vs some who get a full blown face full somehow.
