A little summer sausage browned in the pan with some olive oil then topped with colby jack and some eggs. Very simple, very tasty.
I know what I'm cooking in the morning now!!

No doubt, we’ve been painting the laundry and guest bathroom this weekend so the breakfast yesterday and pizza tonight was a welcome change. The pups enjoyed the extra waffle that was in their bowels yesterday

Sliced some back strap thin about 1/4 thick. Marinaded it in dales for 15 minutes and liberal splashing of Tony’s seasoning. Threw it on the bbq to seer each side. No pics, half a strap went quick.

Kaydence asked me this morning if we'd eaten any of her buck yet. Nope, but we can tonight. Proper Sunday dinner with backstraps and noodles, with the fixings. The kind of meal that'll make ya sleep good.
Simple meal tonight. Jasmine rice and Fillet tips. Done on the smoker to 115* @225 then put back on too 130* @450. Pulled, coated with a garlic butter sauce the wife concocted and rested for 10 minutes.
