Tuna noodle casserole... One of those comfort foods I can’t get enough of....
That is our tradition. We do personal size and everyone makes their own.
At 8 hours and just before triple wrapping in foil for another 2 hours on smoker.Trimmed about a pound of suet off this 14 pound slab of goodness then rubbed it down with PS Cracked Peppercorn and Texas BBQ rub and sprayed down with my mop sauce and have it marinating in fridge till putting on the Trag in the morning.
