Thank you Jim. That vice is impressive. Your eye for the tree limb and deer tracks is keen as well. Always enjoy seeing the things you pick out. Not everyone will appreciate them for what they are.
Is it weird that I heard the sound of line zipping through eyelets when I seen this?
Nope. I don't fish and it's easy for me to imagine too. I take the long way to work every Friday so I can drive around the lake. Won't be long before I'll see it in real life. Guys will be chasing crappie and bass out there before too much longer.

Know if or where I posted the deck project I’ve wanted to have for years.
Started it last summer. Lumber was half the cost it is today but it took me 3 different lumber yards to get all the wood. It’s more of a stage measuring 12x31.

So we’re sitting there enjoying the finished project, I mean it’s finished less than an hour and some asshol* says.”ya know... a big sliding door where that picture window is would sure be great...”
so there it was... right out in the open... ya let’s double the cost.( But it would be nice)
a standard size wouldn’t do so a ended up ordering a oversized one. Now it’s fall and COVID is messing everything up. The factory finished the door but ended up shutting down the plant with it sitting in the shipping dock.
By mid winter it was shipped to town but I had no intention of doing it then
So it sat at the local distributors until last month.
I had it delivered and the second phase began.
