It emboldens hackers, politicians, and others who’ll try too turn it into cash…..

How is it that the system too control the delivery of fuel is that fragile too be hacked? The control says should be no fragile than the system too control the nuclear Arsenal….

The current administration will use this too push their new green deal, but what’s the difference when you carve away the layers of each and every level of power, weather it’s fuel, electricity, natural gas….. It’s delivered and can be prevented from being delivered in many ways….

So gas is now $2.99 around us, someone’s making a large profit on a commodity that’s not currently a lack of, just a lack of delivery….

Panic-induced buying is selfish behavior and we do it ALL the time as a society these days. America was forged in part due to the individual's desire to do their own thing. But... we had stronger ties to family and community because times were hard and loners didn't survive. We're soft now and you can be selfish and survive. I just listened to an evolutionary psychologist present this more eloquently than I can, but the gist is America is no longer functionally society, we're just a conglomeration of individuals.

Yall laughed at me when I was talking about buying a hybrid.
I did not. I considered the Hybrid HRV but it was $4k more and better off for city use. I’m a highway driver. Nevertheless, this 2021 HRV will probably be the last gasoline vehicle I own. My next car, much like most of you, will be electric.

This situation could easily push a bunch of people in that direction. I'm still lost on my next move, but I need to just make it happen and live with it.

Ben, what do you see for charge times in the future?

Currently 8 hours I believe and 500 miles. Only going to get better with improved batteries and charging technologies. Starting to see some infrastructure....see Lordstown Motors.
