I recall them as a kid, but man do I not recall them as bad as this year. Every nook, crook, cranny. In the shed, inbetween windows & screens, behind vehicle gas tank doors.....wtf?!?!

Might give this a try. We’ve been spraying around the house and it has decent results but we had corn all around us this year and they’re thick. Last year were beans and they weren’t as bad. Make sure the screens fit tight. I redid ours last year too ward them off of the inside of the windows which would also make their way into the house. I have 2 ceiling fans in the garage and that keeps them in check as I run both on high through out the day as well…

He said the bugs went AWOL (away without leave) and I believe he meant to say AMOK (frenzied state)…but WTF do I know?
Definitely meant to use AWOL, which I always thought meant "absent without official leave", which seemed fitting for an invasive species. They have certainly run amok (amuck), but they're also AWOL IMO FWIW

Seems like this year is a boom for stink bugs, walnuts, paw paw, acorns…it’s crazy.
Really sucks when them fuckers crawl on you at night and wake up up thinking it's a spider or a tick.
So far we’ve only found one in the house this season. Gnats? Are another story all together…. But Joe hooked me up with info on those….
Opened the shed and was swarmed....she's about to get a bug bomb!
