Moved my stand at the house about 15 yards to get some better cover and shooting lanes. Just pulled into the farm and am formulating a plan for my hang and hunt. Headed to the white stand so this E-NE wind can blow my scent over into the ravine. I was at the red stand to the W of it yesterday. My target buck showed at the middle stand today, I jumped him at the white tracks and got the video of him running at the southern most stand. The vast majority of the time, he comes from the N and E, so I'm guessing he's hanging out over where Darly Dawkins used to and he got killed 75 yards from where I'll be tonight and tomorrow. The next holler over to the E is super thick and there's always does in there. It's really a roll of the dice as to where he's at now, but I feel good about the plan given all the data.

Moved to stand where Ron shot babe as he continues to slowly still hunt looking for him 600+ yards away. We saw bucks running everywhere yesterday while looking so there must be a hot doe in the area soooo I might as well be in the game. Plus, this morning I got skunked till noon. Can’t believe nothing was happening over there.🤔🙄
Good luck all! I’ve been sittin here for an hour listening to the skirrls rummaging. Lol
Hope I don’t get winded with these inconsistencies in wind direction 😳🙄🤣

Settled in on some private I have not hunted at all this year. Card pull showed 3 or 4 shooter bucks day lighting since October 27th. I hate this stand as it has 0 cover and is really uncomfortable. Whole woods besides where I am is flooded about knee deep. I was able to not leave a scent trail and sneak in here. I can already see at least one doe to the north on the neighboring property in the bean field. Wind is better than forecasted. Hopes are pretty high this evening although I will likely get busted lol. Good luck to anyone else out.

Had to move 30 minutes ago as the wind was more consistent at NOT being in my favor and the thermals would make it even worse so I bailed and are all set up for a ground assault on the point below with wind and thermals much better for me. It’s 40 to the bank towards the west where the main bedding is.
