At deer camp last weekend we had another steak night so I stopped and picked up 3 1.5” thick ribeyes at Beverly IGA for Chip, Ron and I. Let me tell ya, it was deeeeeeelish!!! Melted garlic butter melted on top then smothered with sautéed mushrooms and peppers along with baked spuds. Steaks seared then grilled over charcoal….

We do the melted garlic butter on reverse seared steaks and you’re right, Ric…. They’re delicious!,,
