Rick when you get a chance can you go into a little more detail how you used the toilet paper and peroxide to help locate the buck..

@Gern186. A double square of toilet paper is put on a limb or weed every 12 - 20 steps if blood is slowing....if you find yourself "wandering", you can step out front (15 yds) and see a path the deer took. Gives a better direction to look at.
I keep a spray bottle of peroxide close every deer season. If blood goes to "Nothing"..... and you see a red spot or streak on something, spray it....Blood will foam for sure! A wet spot will also foan if from body or mouth. Couple cheap tools for the trick bag.
