Jackson county is about 30 miles south of chillicothe...not sure where those places are you said.

I just looked for jackson county and it came up with a place down by the ohio river. Woops, still almost 3hrs away. So if you decide that you would try and ship any then let me know. If not its cool. Especially if it is going to be a pain.

I'll give it a try. I got a little set i planned on using, but want a little bit bigger. Ill soak them this weekend and see about the sound difference.

It will really deaden the sound and not sound so, I don't know how to describe it, high pitched?
I have a set that is out in the yard that my beagle pup chews on. I picked them up the other day and rattled them They sound better, in my opinion, than a set that is kept indoors. They've been outside for two years and then the dog found them.
It makes them sound like they're actually attached to heads. Does that make sense? I dint know how else to describe it.

They look like ant-lers crawling around / lol

Looks like a lot of knife handles to me.
You can cut the burrs off and mount them to you limb bolts TOO.
