Coming up on a year in may id think my footers/walls should have sunk and settled as far as they should go constantly under water for most of this past year....hopefully they hit a resting spot.

Should never... i dont buy that. Wed have a crack free world if that was true. Settleling might be slight or at least go down evenly but u cant put the weight of a house on dirt reguardless of compaction and not put a dent in that soil bed.
Just my thought.
Calling for anywhere from 2-8" here. It was 61 when I got home. Mother Nature is drunker than Dave at a TOO function
