Tried smoked corn with the brats last night. I liked it, the wife wasn't as thrilled.
Kids will be here this weekend, so the leftovers are remanded too the freezer for a couple weeks…. It’ll make a showing here shortly….

Smoked some wings for about 25 mins and then finished them on the griddle! Turned out damn good! I usually like sauces but didn’t need any for this batch!

Couple nights from this week. Did boiled royal reds with blackened Mahi on Tuesday night. Last night we had 3 cheese baked, gouda baked, pepperjack baked, pimento cheese baked, and raw oysters with fresh caught blackened mingo.

Making the 1st run of salmon tonight. Brined 5 hours, pellicle set for an hour, gonna get it to 150-160° for an hour than 175-190° for an hour running Charcoal as needed and wild cherry
for clean smoke.

Prosciutto wrapped rosemary skewered scallops with rosemary rice and lemony arugula and white bean salad. Arugula from garden. Organic-ish
I'd eat that for breakfast lol^^^! Round house chicken today. Drunk pics this afternoon lol.
Those scallops could be on a cookbook cover....going to be good eats this fine weekend.
