Sautéed onions, mushrooms and garlic, jalapeño cheddar burgers, and Italian chicken. Coleslaw, baked beans, Mac and cheese. Ice cold Bud Light. Fuck the queen!!!
Nancy made some kick-ass from scratch baked beans and we devoured the better part of three rats and a half bunch of celery but I forgot the hero shot. Here’s the aftermath. Buffalo squirrel might just be my favorite way to eat them.
Kev's pit tip ... I'm always trying to re invent the wheel when I fix something up. So, when you're making up tacos / burritos, add sauerkraut along with all the other ingredients if you have a jar handy. It is soooo fuggn good...
Pork chops marinated all day, Tomato Rice and Grilled Asperagus. Was Awesome!

40lbs of butts smoked and pulled yesterday for our vacation Bible school kick off. They spent about 15 hours on and made for an easy pull. I made homeade sweet and homeade vinegar sauce to go with as well. They made short work of it!

Made a little smoked trout dip today. Gonna be mighty fine with some crackers here in a few!
I'm not good at making my own pizza, so I told the wife less bitchin & more kitchen.... she never fails.....
