My garden has tapped out. I'll be ripping parts out whenever it dries out, if it actually does. My squash has mildew. The cucumber beetles are taking over now that the plants are producing and I stopped using pesticides. The pumpkins got ravaged by Japanese beetles. My celery, corn, peppers, and most of my maters are yellow from too much moisture. And my beans were taken over by weeds because it was too muddy to weed (when I had time) from Mother's Day to present.
I'm going to rip most of it out, nuke with herbicide, till, add amendments, and plant a cover crop in the next few weeks. I did get to make 9 pints and 2 quarts of pickles, with more to run this weekend, and I'll get a few peppers, onions, and maters, but it'll be a less than 25% yield for my efforts. Better luck next time I guess...
