If you know where my place is in McArthur, you’re welcome to go down by my pond and check the woods between the pond and my neighbors property line...he told me there’s lots there but he’s never harvested them.
You know i know where its at. I've got more than a few spots with them. Thanks though!👍

I apparently have a colony of young paw paws growing close to my shed but unless I get another paw paw from a different colony they will not pollenate or bare fruit. I guess they are spread through runners/shoots from the mature tree.

Youll get an odd fruit or two but not get a loaded tree. Probably the fastest way to get fruit and genetic diversity for your trees is to graft them. Hit some of my honey holes this weekend and if there were dropped fruit the deer/coon/possum got em. Picked several off trees that were ripe. And by several i filled 3 gallon Ziploc bags 3/4 of the way up while squirrel hunting.

Pawpaw festival is this weekend up at Lake Snowden. I would be there but got a golf tourney coming up so gotta get some more practice in bu playing in some money games.
