OK, I went a little extreme with the licenses thing. I do agree there need to be checks and balances with taking wildlife and ensuring populations aren't decimated.

But I will stand by not calling the police or getting the government involved for the legalized gambling of competitive angling.

My new property has got me all freedom minded and Im starting to go feral.

Well to put a positive spin on all the negativity that has come from this, the fishing community has rallied behind a young man named Levi that has leukemia and have been very generous in helping him and his family. My buddy won the amateur division when LEWT held a tournament out of Geneva (beginning of Sept) and donated his portion of the winnings to bid on a custom lure made for Levi. He will display that lure with pride. Good on him and all the REAL fishing community for doing the right thing! #LeviStrong
