I fully understand what you are saying that is why I said "most" don't care in previous post. You own land in Ohio so you also have skin in the game and I respect that. They limited public land statewide to 1 doe. I was meaning why not close public land to no antlerless for non residents until there is a rebound. If people come to hunt family farms from out of state on private ground and want to shoot does then that is their and their families decision if the herd on their land can handle that. IMHO if you own land in Ohio I would have to consider that a resident hunter
