Could have driven past me. Sat dark to dark. Hour and a half to go and two guys show up to hunt the 5-7 acre woods I was in. Only one had orange though. Plenty of shots. More shots heard in two days than I've heard the last few gun seasons combined.I have drove from coshcoton to the NW corner of the state 2 days in a row and have seen exactly 7 orange hunters and 2 deer. There was trucks parked at state land again and a few here and there....no one is hunting. The weather has not been the best and the forecast for tomorrow is going to suck. There will be some good ones this weekend.
I saw a report somewhere. Is that what the harvest report says or your guess? Honestly asking, I have no idea. That is insane if so!!!!
I just meant there were a crapload of people in my area shooting. Some wearing orange. Some not.Could of, yesterday I went to Lordstown taking the backway through Deerfield. Today I went to Buffalo NY and that was all interstate.
vans that the Amish drive
What piece of public?Got to the public at 630. Hour and a half before legal shooting time, Amish in groups of 3 or 4 every couple hundred yards spread out for 3/4s of a mile or so. Drove to the other end and there was 3 vans that the Amish drive. They were driving the entire chunk of public at one time.
I think not.
I was on a piece called Ales Wildlife AreaWhat piece of public?
I hunted Woodbury for years, but hunt private with multiple hunters now nothing special. I seen similar situations with Amish in woodburyWhere about you hunting at?
They could have drove home on 4 flats...It happens. It is public so not alot I can do about it. Just sucks that people don't have any respect for others. Granted, they did beat me there but hunting like they did takes away from everyone else.
So if they were in their buggys how would you do it? Cut out most of the rungs on their wheels so the wheels collapse on the way . I need sleep lolThey could have drove home on 4 flats...
