I can appreciate that giant corporations have to employ damage control when they fuck up because we all have to do that once in a while. This commercial is so cliche, superficial and still woke enough that no thinking person could mistake it for remorse. There isn't even the slightest whiff of apology there and that, to me, is even more insulting than putting a deranged queer's picture on your product and expecting me to just embrace it and keep on buying it.
