My Mom went on a trip to Ireland and Scotland. Came back with a parting gift of Rona. Sounds like people were sick while on the trip. First time she has gotten it. Thankful she got it late and not the early rounds. She seems to be doing alright. I mention only because I hadn't heard of anyone getting it for quite a while. Then again, I think everyone has just blamed it on allergies the last two months.

I've had something for the last two weeks. I wanted to die. Cough, rib pain, shortness of breath, sleepless nights, chills , fever here & there & shakes something awful at night. dr visits, labs, x rays, even a CT since the doc was worried I had a clot in my lung. I had this BIG red spot with a black dot in the middle on my side & lymes was tested & everything came back negative. Cough is finally going away, but slowly. Everything else is normal now. Had my 1st beer today.

I read or heard somewhere that the lymes test is about as worthless as 2 dead flies. False positives and negatives and not really 100% accurate. I think having the tick that bit you tested is much more accurate I believe.
