Crazy for sure! Bad thing is we have to go through it again tonight. Heard Catawba got 7 and south bass got 9. Haven't seen lightning like that in a long time.

Glad everyone is okay. Sounds like all will be tired, but that is manageable with a little sleep.
Missed the 10 day? This is the EXACT reason I do my best to ignore the long term snow forecasts. They are coming out and everyone in the snow industry is getting excited. We've heard this before. We've seen them very very incorrect before.

We’re getting some storms going by now. @Clay Showalter you should be seeing it shortly…..
Another night of tornado warnings (11pm) thankfully the family was dead tired and slept thru it. It moved thru quick, but bus garage just called to let us knownour road is closed on one end due to downed trees. Keeping fingers crossed the rain gage didn't collect much.

Got a little wild down here from 2-5A. Was shocked I didn't wake up to 3 kids and 3 dogs in our bed. Some beautiful weather on the horizon, especially with for our county fair next weekend. Perfect timing to finish up deer chores for the year!
It seemed like it parked over us for much longer than forecasted. Only ended up with .75” though.
Glad y’all made through that storm(s) up there TOOville….

Up here in the Penna. lake county of Erie we got a taste of your weather last night till about 3 am. Pretty impressive indeed. Got probably 2" of rain in 3 hours. And yes I am mowing every 3 days still. I was kind of looking forward to the August brown out reprieve.
That's what I was telling Rick at the summer bash, still mowing twice a week or we have wind rows.
