My thoughts exactly.Good luck, Mike. I have promised myself that I would bring home deer's liver the next time I kill one. I'm forcing myself to try to cook it good enough that I can eat it. Too nutritious to leave for the 'yotes.
Cut thin flour and pan fry it with some onions.
I slice it thin & make jerky out of it. Nutritious dog snacks. My dogs will run through fire for a piece.You can ask my dogs, but I'm pretty sure they'd say raw is best
I would never risk ruining my breakfast sausage like that. I think I'm just gonna nut up like Mike and eat it like a man.I think I like the idea of grinding it, mixing with pork to make sausage. Breakfast sausage would cover that liver flavor.
