I saved the liver from my BB today. Please share your best recipe and preparation.

Good luck, Mike. I have promised myself that I would bring home deer's liver the next time I kill one. I'm forcing myself to try to cook it good enough that I can eat it. Too nutritious to leave for the 'yotes.

Its funny this thread came up....just last night I saw a video on instagram about prepping this. I can't find it right now. What she did was soak it in salt water or milk to clean it out. Then half froze it, and ground it. She mixes it in with ground pork or sausage meals at 10-20%. Said it was much easier to eat that way and it didn't go to waste.
