Yep, too bad they just don’t sell the pump part. Easy swap out.

The Chinese sell everything. They even supply a kit to do what I did for cheaper than it cost me to buy just the tube at home dipshit. Good Ole temu

Lodge cast iron products-

3,000 years ago I bought my wife a Lodge Dutch oven because it was a color she liked at the time. She didn't cook much back then and it didn't get much use for the first few years. She uses the crap out of it now making multiple loafs of bread a week. Anyhow, the little handle on the lid broke last week. Lifetime warranty so she sent them an email about getting a new handle sent. They replied today and are sending a complete new one. Keep the old one and here's a new unit. No proof of purchase or anything like that. Couple of pics of the damage and that was it. In the pics they noticed the ceramic coating was in bad shape. It still works as it should, just isn't "pretty" anymore. I'm impressed and would suggest anyone to buy their products as I will likely only buy Lodge cast iron products from now on.

Yep. That's all I will buy. We got several cast iron skillets for the kids when they graduated college and wanted to learn how to use them. Every one was from Lodge.

Their finish quality has gone downhill from the days of old. (But whose hasnt) Mostly on their bare (non enamel)cast iron not being as polished from the casting process compared to the older models. But their willingness to stand behind it is what matters the most. Grat to hear.

N-Fab truck steps. Purchased 9/4/19 from Realtruck.com (they own N-Fab brand), 5yr warranty on the powder coat. They've got 50K miles and 5 Ohio winters on em and are starting to rust. Gave them a ring this AM, talked to Lindsay who was very nice and answered quickly. She sent an email and I in turn sent pics, she said it will be a few days to process.

No way in hell do I expect them to replace, but hey, got a warranty, might as well try and use it. Stay tuned.

I had a set I bought off of summit. Don’t remember the brand. They lasted about 3 years and rusted from the inside out. They replaced them with no implied warranty. Since the warranty was almost up on the original set.

4:19pm, replacements heading out to new mailing address. Yeah baby, still have faith in humanity!

There ya go. Sometimes I feel bad using a warranty like that so close to the end of the limit, but then I remind myself that I'm not the one who approved the warranty offering and sent it to print.

All this talk had me motivated to do something about my Duluth socks. I went to do some research and it looks like I just need to move on to Darn Tough and never look back. Not going to be covered any any warranty because of "abuse". Even though they claim a 7 year wear on them, the warranty is only for a year. Other customers have gone down this path for me. Many of them actually.
