Old Skool daily driver…my son (16) is stealing my 21 HRV with 41k miles leaving me without a local commuter. I have a work truck that I’ve been putting about 4k miles per month on but it’s not for personal use. Thus effective tomorrow…this 50 Ford Is my new local commuter. All original 6 volt, 239 v8 flathead and 3 on tree with 53.5k miles on it. My work truck is the background; ‘25 Ram twin turbo.

Still no word from the dealer or GM on when the replacement valve body will show up. For now, I just have to deal with it. I’m pretty certain 3rd gear is the one hitting hard. Drives me nuts every time it happens.
