Don’t feel too bad. I got 11.5” in 30 hours this last weekend with the hurricane lol
I've been pushing 3 inches for years
I knew someone was going to capitalize on that comment.
Pulled in around 12:15 and we were right at 4” checked it again and we’re @5”. Dumped it out and see what else comes our way. A lot of leaves and small branches down on the driveway but no wash out areas so far. Ditches are running like they’re supposed too and draining where we planned.

This has stalled out for the last few hours not moving. Significant flooding is happening. 4 tornados confirmed so far from Tuesday evening.

We have had some awesome fall like weather this past week. This morning it was 54, been in the high 70s to 80. Sadly next Thursday they are saying 94.

Same here. Been awesome sleeping with the windows open and waking up to 65° in the house. Unfortunately today starts the warm up. Saying 100° by end of next week.
Yes, 100%. Not good conditions. Corn and beans are dying off already. Seriously doubt we get any kind of nut drops. If yall think giving that 4 year old another year is going to help...I have news for you. Because his body is going to be depleted.
The mast crop isn't looking that great up this way. Late frost didn't help any either. The walnut in our yard has zero walnuts on it this year.
Was doing some running today locally with the wife. Made 4 stops, at 2 of them I heard people talking about wells drying up. That is one of my fears. You guys think I'm bad about my fuel gauge being low, this is a constant fear of mine. I'm not going to sleep well until the rains start. Meanwhile my lovely wife doesn't give a shit and is watering flowers.
