This Beaver has appeared more often this year than ever before. Evidence of his arrival was discovered two years ago. His home today is a stone throw away from this feed site. The main creek is currently damned up because this animal and I may have to deal with that situation later on in the near future. I am happy to see him thrive in the area though and look forward to seeing just how much of an impact they'll have on the local habitat.

Gonna have less squirrels and vermin in that corner pile....

True!

The Cottontails have been dwindling in numbers and the chipmucks are nonexistent currently, although there are those other predators in the nearby area as well that contribute, which I'm sure you're aware of. Still plenty of squirrels though. Doubt it'll be able to put a dent in them.

I'm concerned for one of the twins this morning. The following video that I just put together should explain why.

F.Y.I., going forward, any future wildlife video clips or pix for the rest of this year will most likely be placed in this year's hunt journal of mine just so I do not muck up anybody's thread.

Description:

It's been on the prowl the past couple of days and there's a good chance that it got one of the fawns this morning. One of the same bobcats where I've shared video clips of and pix from the past couple of years.
