Think my does just dropped about a week ago. Getting pics of much thinner does and pics of bears and yotes

Today is day 205 of this year. Gestation is 200 +\~ , usually around 203. Most of my does are bred mid to late December w another round of breeding in january

Crazy… we have a rut in September, then a late one in January down here too

Around 2002ish I remember seeing a fawn that still had spots running around Muskingum College's campus in late October/ early November. Disappeared right before gun season iirc

I was reading about late fawns. Apparently the Oct/Nov fawns have a very high mortality rate and don't make it through the winter.

I can neither confirm nor deny that I carried a deer out like a rabbit one year during muzzleloader season
