Around 2002ish I remember seeing a fawn that still had spots running around Muskingum College's campus in late October/ early November. Disappeared right before gun season iirc
I was reading about late fawns. Apparently the Oct/Nov fawns have a very high mortality rate and don't make it through the winter.
