    I've been working on deep stationery squats and balance exercises for about three weeks now. I'm also standing while working on the puter. A lot of positives have happened. My knee pain is subsiding and so is my lower back pain.

    I had an ok basement setup during covid and worked out down there until I joined the purple place down the street in 2023. Unfortunately, my old gym closed due to covid. I really missed going in and feeding off the energy of others. Keep pushing forward.

    I bought a yougurt maker so I could ferment L. reuteri. Look up the health benefits. You can use a sous vide to make it as well. 100 degrees for 36 hours. Tastes great with blueberries and zero fillers when using organic half and half.
