    The TOO dump thread

Dad has been combining beans the last few days. He quit for the night tonight and headed home. I got a call from my friend on the fire dept to see if I could get a hold of dad because his combine is on fire.

    LIVE from the stand 2020-21

Just got settled in. More of a test run than anything else but there is always a possibility of something coming out in the field in front of me.

    Rut-cation?

I'm off work Nov. 6th thru 15th. We do have a cruise planned in the middle of there but we will see if we are actually able to go. I still have a couple spare vacation days so when ot feels right to go out when I get up in the morning I already told my boss that I may just not be there a few...

    BB/Pellet Gun's

I had an older crossman bb/pellet gun as a youngster. Killed lots of birds with that old thing. I couldn't tell you the model of it though.

    The Butchering Thread

We butcher all our own meat. With that being said we have some pretty damn nice equipment. You can do a hog without much equipment. Basically just a meat grinder and stuffer. The basic breakdown is the same as a deer loin etc... If you plan on doing casing sausage the last I bought casing it...

    TOO Projects Thread

Got the truck all done tonight. All it needs now is some new rubbers and an alignment. I'm glad I'm capable of doing my own work. Its such a rewarding feeling not to mention the money I saved. I'm probably going to put either Cooper Discover AT/3s or Michelin dueler ats on next. I had Michelins...

    Show us your wood (pile)

I have a ms211 for just that use. I it about the perfect size for limbs basically anything 8" and under. Anything bigger than that the saw really bogs down.

    TOO Projects Thread

I got a little more work done on my truck today since we didnt have any family parties. I have always heard how hard it is to change ball joints in these trucks but I would kinda have to disagree with what I've heard. Now saying that it isnt a super tough task to do but is certainly isnt rocket...

    TOO Projects Thread

Tonight I started a much needed rebuild on the front axle of my truck. So far I've got tie rods and connector links in. I had to order some new ball joints. While I'm this far into this I am going to replace shocks and possible axle/ hub bearings.

    Show them to me!

I picked up my mount this past Monday. Hung him next to my European. While I was driving a nail for the new mount my European fell... it wouldn't be a huge deal except where these are at is directly above my basement stairs. So after a 15 ft fall and s now messed up nose the European is back on...

    Show us your wood (pile)

I have a 311 it is a good saw but it can be a bit of a bitch to start. They need to spin at a faster rate to create a spark than other stihl saws. Other than that I also run a 20" bar. Has good power.

    What's For Dinner?

I grilled a deer loin that I had marinated for three days. Wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese. Hope I can replicate the marinade because it was spot on.
