Shed bucks showing up here too! Neighbor found huge matching set v

Anyone having shed bucks on camera yet? We have a few in past days. Neighbors found huge matching set. I know stress, weather and a host of other things can affect this. Anyone have insight? Been researching the inter webs. Merry Christmas.

Mis-matched camo guy. Mostly old Mossy Oak bottom land and real tree. Just “outline break up” right!? I’m half a person 🤷‍♂️ or two depending on which one you talk too 🤣 Best advice I ever got was buy decent rain gear a size big, you can always layer up under it.

EHD woes. Traveled a bit, scouted around after our local issues. Wolf Creek has some promising spots, scouted previously. Planned it out, got in at 4 am, hiked in, all set… Nothing seen, only to have 2 groups drive through, one group 🇲🇽 of about 45 guys hooting and hollering, shot at least 30...

Saw a big one standing over a doe in Hocking Co this morning

Boys hunted yesterday evening, I had to work. They saw a doe and small buck, both got a pass. This evening was a fat 0. 👎🏻

Hit public woods this morning, very crunchy cold walk in. Saw 2 does let pass he’s holding out for a buck 🤷‍♂️ Told him ya can’t eat antlers… only hunted till 9. Going into work late today. Heard 8 shots total.

Both boys going out in the AM. We’ll see 🤷‍♂️⛄️🦌 Good luck y’all

Love my budget 350 Legend. Bought for my 10 year old CVA scout with scope. I like it too and will occasionally hunt with during gun season.

Boys and I had a good discussion of maintenance of a herd and we’re going keep up good food sources, left some corn standing and keep up on mineral. Help the existing reproduce successfully. Not hunting at home this year. On a positive note I did see a group of 3 does near the end of our road...

Was honest question. They’re about 2 hours apart. I hunted Shawnee State Forest as a kid. Not much of help, was way before OnX. Lol. But live in SE now, somewhat familiar with Shawnee Ohio, Perry County.
