I knew there was a handful of turkeys in the area. We don't have a ton, but we have them in pockets in my area. I had seen toms in full strut a month before the season. I saw jack squat during the season. These pictures tell me I was not completely crazy. Someone was doing some breeding!

Just wondering, is there an accurate way to age a turkey? I figure jakes are 2 years old or there abouts but what indicates a bird that is 5,6, or 7?
