Ha ha, they posted this on our local forum and guys were complaining about it. Personally I agree with it other than Wisconsin being on the list, they're crazy, and NJ being #2 on that list. NJ has a lot more to offer than some of it's NE brothers. NY and PA are some pretty good states too, especially the further west you go.
