How about the new "Shock Collar" they have out now to fix an obvious defect in their original engineering? IMO, they should give those away for free to make up for using cheap o-rings to begin with. That was always my one major beef with them...

From Rages own website
"large game animals such as elk, moose, buffalo, etc. you may want to consider using the Rage 40 KE ." (1 1/2 inches)
Funny.. I never saw such a thing on slick tricks website.. Just pictures of all sorts of dead North American and African game.

Wow.. That's a nice blood trail in the snow Kaiser... Here's one from a brow bear with thick fur.. Slick trick.

Facts are facts. A solid fixed blade head is an all around better head..
Your comparing apples to oranges....A grizz has probably 2 gallon (or more) blood than a whitetail....... Im sure any head shot in the exact same place would do the same......

Congratulations on your brown bear, muskox, elk, and decent buck. Great shot placement on all of them!
Ya, thats because they were not origionally designed for large game....Thats a well known fact.....We are not talknig aobut large game....We are talknig about whitetails......But I figured I would toss a photo up for you anyway.....just to show, even though not designed for it.....They do just fine on Elk.....
Out of curiosity how many deer have you personally killed with a slick trick????
Oh. So now broadheads perform differently on a per individual basis? If that's the case then the marketing kool-aid drinkers might not want to aim at the ground when shooting rages as I'm sure chinese pandas are protected.

Joe, you didnt answer my question
I don't understand? Seriously, I don't .
Good lord fellas...clearly no one is going to change the other's mind.....:horse:
Been shooting them for I think 6 seasons now. If count serves me right about 9 personally. 3 bucks 6 does. No does the past two years with a bow and 1 buck last season.
How many deer have I personally seen shot with tricks? Considering every guy but one at deercamp shoots them. About 30+ That I've personally looked at in the past 5 years. The majority of which I helped drag and or butcher.
They do just fine on elk huh. Good luck finding a guide or outfitter that will recommend it to you or even allow you to shoot them on an elk hunt. It's nice to see you say they aren't designed for big game btw. Tricks are. Its nice to have that confidence that when I settle that pin, I know I'm driving it home. No matter the shot, no matter the angle, nothing stands in the way, and my broadhead was designed to perform evertime. Not when conditions are right. Is it still debatable about which ones better then?

You made a comment about them animals being mine when obviously they aren't as if that somehow changes the performance.
