Coshocton county 10/24-25......morning sits were a bust, only saw one small buck but it did look like he was cruisin for does. Couldn't get out for Saturday evening.
Sunday evening sat overlooking a food plot that deer have been hammering. Had a doe in the field by her lonesome, think she might be coming around as a 2 1/2 yr. old 8 pt. came charging into the field looking for her right after she left. He ended up going right towards where she exited the field. 1/2 hour later had a 140" 10 pt. come in and check a scrape and just as he was scent checking for her the wind shifted and we got busted. Pretty disappointing to bump a deer like that but it sure looks like things are heating up....
