Lots of gobbling this morning along with plenty of hen yelps and cuts. Watched a longbeard breed a hen right in the middle of that field.

Good gobbling this morning. Alex, Travis and I met up at one spot that Alex listened to but didn't hear anything. I dropped Travis at another spot to listen and I went to scout a bird in a new spot that Travis and I located the weekend before. Travis had good gobbling from three birds although they had moved about 1/4 mile from last weekend. The new bird I went to locate was in a spot where he's pretty killable. As a bonus I could hear another one about 1/4 mile further. They're finally busting up and moving to their spring locations.
I had a guy tell me that the birds went to fields when it rained to stay dry! Lmao...I keep waiting for that idiot to show up here.
You can learn bad from good people and good from bad people...some you just gotta stay away from

Just watched 14 behind the plant. 3 strutters and possibly more toms along with a group of hens. We cut a hole in a wall so we could watch wildlife in the field on the hill with a remote video camera that's supposed to be watching equipment.

Saw a lot of birds out and about this morning. Also had one sounding off behind my house this afternoon. Hope he keeps that up. Gave me the itch!
While on my way to check a cam I ran into these birds and quickly hunkered down. One strutter, 3 Jake's and a hen. 12:40 pm.
Turkeys gobbled hard this morning,they didn't fly down till around 7:30.
Saw 3 longbeards ,5 jakes and several hens.
Pretty much shut up by 8.
Was a good morning to hear all of em gobbling,first one started up at 5:55 this morning.

You guys are on them I've finally seen a few in my spots it's the latest I've seen them come ba k around so maybe I'll be able to get on them before everyone else.got home from work today a tom was across the street me and my daughter were watching him when a jeep pulls up on the road runs the bird off and then he turns around and drives up the road turns around again then leaves. I caught a guy shooting deer from the road in the same spot and was wondering if it was about to happen again. Don't believe it was the same guy tho because I almost had him crying in his truck that night
