lots more passing than I would have ever imagined. Haskins looked good again. Chase Young needs to get his shit together. WTF? how about Tate Martell? 10 for 10 and an impressive scamper for a TD after getting pasted at the end of another run. albeit against a tired out defense, but impressive. too many penalties, mostly against second and third team players, but still. TCU in trouble.

If the Buckeyes want to keep a perfect record they are going to need to act like they want to win. TCU simply wants it more than our boys do right now. They are playing tough. We are not.
Told my wife "we need to stuff this drive and take it down the field on our next possession." What happened? Interception for a TD. Them the botched punt? Told my wife again " we don't need 3 runs and a field goal." Bam. Pass for a TD. I will admit, I was having doubt. TCU had some good momentum. 17 min to go. This game is far from over. We were fortunate their kickoff return had a forward lateral or the momentum may not have been turned in our favor.

no turnovers, and they cleaned up the penalties. TCU defense is pretty good. and damn they are fast! I wasn't thrilled with the O-line play, but they wore them down at the end. TCU did get lucky on some 50/50 balls, but it was a pretty solid showing for the defense getting two scores, which were the difference in the game. a good showing all around for the Bucks on the road against a good team, really. Our D-line is so deep and talented that you barely missed Bosa if you weren't looking for him.
I did go to bed at half, but recorded it. I'll hold final judgement after I see it myself, but that wasn't supposed to be a gimme, so no one should be surprised we had to earn it. Like many times enroute to the 2015 title, the defense carried us, so it's great to have that safety net. I see all the WVU fans on FB this morning shitting on the Buckeyes for letting a Big 12 team "run all over them". Sure wish we'd start playing them every year...
Tracie and I bought tickets from her cousin who played in TBDBITL, so he gets good tickets. This will be K's second game. Spoiled ass kid!

Nothing yet? Yeah. Second half was a bit anticlimactic. Haskins numbers for one half were phenomenal. Disappointing to see a 7-0 second half. I realize there weren't many starters in but it was freaking Tulane! Guess this is why we give the second and third string some repairs and get them experience.
Ain’t gonna lie...I’m a bit nervous about this evenings game. 3 point spread ain’t much and I believe the white out has the advantage here. We better show and and plan on playing hard the entire time if we want a chance. I see us getting beat today though.

Shhhsh Dave. I don't like that kind of talk. I see a Buckeye win. I think they might actually surprise and win by a chunk. Rick's prediction of 10pt victory is probably closer though.
It’s a tough place to win as an away team...and they beat us last year. No Bosa...just being realistic fellas. Momentum will win today.
