Oh come on guys. I'm no fan of the targeting rule but that was textbook targeting. Leading with the crown, forcible contact with head and neck. I and I agree. A guy coming in with both arms wide has no other thing to do with his head. It's a BS rule. I don't like it, but let's not pretend it was a BS stretch of a call.

What would have been a huge loss on the play did a 180 and gave them a first down 15 yards further down the field without one of our best secondary players! Pretty sad they go to the targeting so easily when there is so much on the line.

I respectfully disagree.😎👍🏻

TL was not out of game for just a play and is playing better before the hit. Nice play acting on his part👍🏻

I don't know Ric. Dude looked like he was KO'd. Probably should have gone thru concussion protocols but he seems to be thinking clearly. Lol

Buckeyes need TDs in the red zone. Keep hitting hard on defense. Clemson is down two receivers. Lawrence isn't going to like getting hit like he has been (not including the targeting play). He has been hit a lot outside of that play. We need to keep Etienne a non-factor. Don't give up the big plays. Wear on them. Start the second half with a three and out. Put up a TD by the Buckeyes and we win by multiple scores.

The result isn't the deciding factor. Leading with the crown of the helmet and forceable contact with the head or neck will get targeting every time. That one wasn't even questionable.

Who do you normally watch play football on Saturdays? Get off the band wagon. We don't need that kind of negativity around here. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Its easier to expect the loss than hope for the win. If they win, great...Im happily surprised. If they lose, no biggie...I expected it.

And I generally follow the hapless Florida gators and the equally hapless NC State Wolfpack. So...I'm a pro at knowing when to stop holding out hope for a win. Usually half time.

Whares that hunger from the first quarter, that determined aggression. It's there, they just need to find it. I will say though that the bucks always have a way of pulling it off in a pinch. They're only down by 5, plenty if time to win.

As a recovering Browns fan. . . I can appreciate this. 😁
