I WISH that were the end goal! If a person has a lick of sense they would see that everyone has ulterior motives in this with regards to how they spin it to put themselves in a better position. Usually that boils down to, better money, more power or convenience!

As was stated above, nobody seems to care about anyone but themselves and their agendas. Certainly they don't think of their fellow man much. Everything everywhere is all about beggar thy neighbor!

Now I am speaking about generalities here and not specific individuals, though they know who they are. (thankfully I don't see much of that here in this forum, if at all, but your mileage may vary! I have nobody here in this forum in mind)

Like predators they pounce on every opportunity to gain.

I have to be transparent and say that I have not had angst over this the whole time. Not even when I got it from my fully vaxxed and boosted barber who appeared hung over but was asymptomatic nor when I in turn gave it to my wife. We simply continued to exercise caution on behalf of our fellow man and thus it ended with us. I didn't like it nor would I wish Delta on my worst enemy, but we dealt with it. Ivermectin and monochlonal antibodies helped, but as believers we both know we win regardless.

For those who have gone through it already, you fully understand. We delivered food and aid to those afflicted when we didn't have it and resumed when we were over it. We expected no such help from other while we were sick, yet one person did have a fruit and chocolate basket delivered. They both looked great and we were thankful, yet we couldn't tell you how they smelled or tasted...

For those who haven't had it yet, I hope you don't get it or fear it either! It may visit you, and if it does, put your faith in the Great Physican and not religion now and not in the medical complex.

For those who have lost time, energy wealth and health or lives to this pestilence, I share your pain.

A father of my best friend, who now sits idly by, unable to do much from his wheel chair thanks to a stroke he has had this year, used to say, " Mickey! I've seen it go bad for days...And then get worse!" My buddy is less than a month older then me and has a great attitude and thanks to friends and family got wheeled to a blind to hunt a few hours this rifle season, yet there to thanks to COVID I wasn't able to fulfill my promise to him to do that for him. Thankfully they were.

Till the next thing comes along, let's remind ourselves what Willie and Waylon came to understand about life?

This guy. I like this guy.

Pretty sure I caught the newest version and steamrolled it 36 hours. I'm not anti-vax, just anti-big pharma agenda, so I've not fallen into line with the rest of the comrades yet. Instead, I've tried to take my health seriously and prepare my immune system to fight it off. In addition to a good multivitamin and a probiotic, these are my daily supplements. I highly recommend each if you're not currently taking something similar.

I retract this statement. Pretty sure that was our usual seasonal crud and now I'm getting to experience the Rona. Maybe. Fuck if I know cause unless I require medical attention, I won't be getting tested. We kept our oldest home from school yesterday with a headache and low grade fever. A few doses of Tylenol throughout the day turned her into a new kid. I woke up in the middle of the night aching, slight headache, and cold. If I'm cold while in bed under the covers, it means the heats out or I have a fever. Not much in the way of cough or congestion beyond what I normally have in the winter, but the body aches are legit. Could be the flu, could be Rona. Whatever it is, I just hope my wife can avoid it.

If it is the Rona, everyone in the house will get it…very difficult not to. When I had it almost two years ago, I remember the body aches, diarrhea, fever and chills…never bad enough for me to go to the hospital. Felt like shit for 2-3 days, all symptoms gone in about 10 days. Did lose taste/smell. Never got tested but wife did and she came back positive. She suffered for about a month, but fully recovered. I know several families that got it and almost all showed little symptoms…and all did test positive. For some reason, most recover quickly while a select few get hammered. Hope your family recovers quickly.

We will lift ya'all up in prayer!

Your immune boosting will help for sure. Dr. John Campbell on You Tube had a good video as always on COVID yesterday. It was how Omicron is different from the other variants and how fortunate we are to have had it, most likely jump from humans to mice then mutate like crazy and then jump back to humans to be more contagious but less severe than the other variants and that it is highly likely to lead to much faster herd immunity. It also shows why it was enough different to get around vaccine immunity and natural immunity. This guy is fully vaccinated but not a "honk" for the party line!

I know that won't make you feel a lot better, but you are explaining its symptoms and most are turning around in 5 days with this one. Monitor your O2 levels. Drink your fluids and rest brother.

Our son who is out on his own just finished up the RonaFlu. He tested positive for both at the same time... So he has had an early variant, this Delta and the Flu! I told him, keep hanging around the college and he might even get meningitis...

Laying around resting was kicking my ass. All I was doing was sleeping. O2 level hit 91 last night and it was time to get active. Even though my resting heart rate was 139-145 I forced myself to do some exercises. Then I left the TP in the bathroom and got up every time I needed to blow my nose. I feel a little better today and my o2 is 95 along with my resting heart rate being 95.

Monitoring the O2 is the most important part of it all, especially with Covid.

great point I walked circles around the hallway and rooms in my house. It made a difference. i didn't know you had it. You are on the prayer list now! My heart rate and o2 mirrored yours so maybe you are a late blooming Delta? See about monocolonal antibodies or horse paste from tractor supply you take it based on your weight.
