Good thing you clarified that buddy as I thought maybe, just maybe it was the Bud Light...Michael and I went and put 3 miles in, nothing. Lots of real fresh rubs and active scrapes still.

You can still see the shavings on the ground. That’s why I took them at that weird angle.

Walked a total of about 15 miles between Friday and Sunday in Howard. Found 0 Antlers. Found countless beds, tracks, poop and 2 skeletons. walked edged of fields, by the river, in woods, ravines and ridges....Hello! I'm in the Columbus, OHio area and I'd love to get out and shed hunt! I often go in CLE area with family/friends. I'm not sure where to go though and I'm not sure I'd go alone as I'd get lost. If anyone doesn't mind a tag along let me know! I'll be in Howard, OH this weekend and going around the kokosing and areas there with my boyfriend! ( he goes shed hunting and looks for arrow heads a lot but lives in CLE).
Awesome! Gotta love those walks. Once you get that bonus of finding one it’ll make it that much better. Keep walkingWalked a total of about 15 miles between Friday and Sunday in Howard. That’s a nice one!!!I walked my arse off today. Bet I walked 10 miles today. Solid 7 hours of hoofing field edges and transitions. Finally found #2 in the early going of this afternoon’s hike. Spotted it from about 60 yards out in the open. I was watching an orange cat stalking mice in this bush hogged pasture and just glanced out beyond him and spotted it right away. By the sign of teeth marks on 2-3 of the tips I’d say a yote or dog dropped it there. Glad that it was dropped out in the open.

Budda, are you hunting private farms or public land? Any history with this or any of the deer you find sheds too?
No Public Land. We go only private where we have permission and I know there isn’t any coyote traps. Took him to Portage county once and he started to dig a trap out; was seconds from going off and we were done from that point on!!! I actually have the same shed (same side) from when he was a 3 year old .WOWZERS!!!!!!! THATS A MONSTER!!! CONGRATULATIONS
