Found one within my first 100yds of walking today. Walked 3.75 miles total. The total remained 1. Guess i should have just snagged that one and called it a day. Nah. Beautiful day for a walk. Swapped some batteries so it wasn't a waste by any means.

Found some monster rubs and a surprising amount of scrapes. None seemed to have been opened since the snow melted. One you could smell it still.

It helps that he went to our partially standing corn field. Just rode through cut parts and didn't walk the standing corn yet. We'll be out both days this weekend walking and riding farms.

I went for my first walk and got skunked.

Found one on my first walk about last night high on a knob, still a tiny bit of blood on cuticle. I suck at finding them but when you do it's a blast. Love this time of year for scouting.
