This raiding of coaching staffs this late in the season should be stopped and should not happen till end of season. Signing day needs to be moved later too so coaches that leave can recruit to new destination.

But why South Florida Brian? I’m surprised Florida didn’t come calling but SFU????

Absolutely true, but he was also recruiting athletes to one of, if not THE top program in the country. If you’re recruited by Ohio State or any big D1 program it means you’re a top tier athlete that is looking to a program to place you in the NFL. Now, bring in another OC with NFL experience and ties to keep feeding the beast that is OSU. The OC job at OSU is a dream job and Day will have pick of the litter for who he selects next.
